The parking lot is large, close to the airport, and easy to find. The parking surface is rocky, which can make it difficult to move suitcases with small wheels. The parking staff speak only Polish, which may cause communication difficulties. Previously, the transfer from the parking lot to the airport was done by minibuses, but the last time it was passenger sedans. Several groups of people were waiting for transfers from the airport to this parking lot, so we had to wait about 20-30 minutes before being picked up. It would also be helpful if the parking staff communicated via messengers (Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp), so that the transfer from the airport to the parking lot could be arranged through a messenger. It would be great if the transfer driver could share their location in the chat, allowing passengers to track the vehicle and avoid waiting outside the terminal among crowds and in bad weather.

Неприємно, коли ти завчасно бронюєш паркування та оплачуєш 5 діб 57 злотих, а коли залишаєш машину тобі безальтернативно оголошують, що ти повинен доплатити 150 злотих бо в тебе великий автомобіль - бус. Разом з тим на сайті такої інформації я не бачив. Ось такий дешевий і смішний сервіс.
