The ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) system on entry did not work, which meant we could not exit the car park automatically, we had to return to the terminal to have the ticket validated. This is an unnecessary inconvenience, especially late at night in cold weather!

I used this parking for the 2nd time and each time I had big difficulties with bar code readers on tollgates when leaving the parking. Would be good to check the scanners sensitivity or the bar code print quality. Otherwise all find and reccomandable
