Opinie o SkyWay Parking (Parking Okecie)

When we arrived to leave our car, the parking area was already crowded with vehicles but there were no staff present. No one seemed to know what was happening. After quite some time, only one small shuttle turned up, leading to confusion and unnecessary stress for travellers. As instructed, we called after collecting our luggage. Around 20 minutes later, a bus came, but instead of picking up us, it took passengers who had just come out of the terminal. Our questions about when the next shuttle would arrive were ignored by a very impolite driver (muscular and tanned), and repeated calls to the contact number went unanswered. The whole experience was frustrating and uncomfortable. Drivers were answering phone calls (3-4 times) while driving without using hands-free equipment, definitely raising serious concerns about passenger safety, especially with children onboard. I would definitely look at other alternatives for airport parking.
