For reporting illegal content, providing a name and surname or the name of an institution is mandatory. You can upload up to 5 files in .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .heic, or .pdf formats. The maximum file size is 3 MB.

The data controller of the information contained in the form is Wakacje.pl S.A. with its registered office at al. Grunwaldzka 413, 80-309 Gdańsk. Your data will be processed for the purpose of handling the report and providing a response, as well as taking necessary actions related to the report (based on Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
